I just find it very hard to believe that I’ve been playing with lotto social for so very long now and I’ve spent a lot of money with you guys yet I’ve NEVER really had what I class as a de ent win this is making me just want to cancel my lotto social account and go back to just having my account with the Real National Lottery because at least with them I’ve won a few times decent amounts too from £10. To £750 which I was always truly grateful for because every little helps but with lotto social You debit my account frequently so times even 3 times in one week and where your putting my money I don’t really even know to be honest and then your giving me ridiculous so called winnings of £0.32p here and £0.27p there and sometimes that’s from anywhere between 30-40-69-80 lines so you see why I starting to think that the syndicate way may not be the way to go, even with you instant win games I’m really very good at games yet I’ve never really won what I would class as a significant win even £50-to £100.00 there’s no real incentive for me here I don’t think so I think I’m now going to play off these lines I’ve got for upcoming games maybe about 60 or thereabouts lines left to play and then have a break from this lotto social so please as of now please refrain from debiting my account until further notice or please can some one from customer service/ support team contact me as soon as possible. Just to repeat and put you on notice please DO NOT DEBIT MY ACCOUNT AS OF TODAY LET TODAYS DEBIT TGAT IMHAVE ALREADY CLEARED BE THE LAST UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE I HAVE SCREENSHOTTED THIS COMMENT ALSO AS PROOF OF FIRST REQUEST AND CONTACT TODAY SUNDAY 02/02/2025.
    Thank you
    S S Wahid.

Hi Sarah I had same issues so I no exactly how frustrating it is hope you win something soon xx

    2. I say “Ditto” to that as I’ve been like yourself & I’m going to say that we are ‘Loyal’ customers & I’ve also spent a fair bit of my money on Lotto Social & NEVER have I once seen or had any kind of ‘REWARD’ for my efforts.
I’ve on more than several occasions thought of just packing it all in, but why I????
So Lottosocial I think I can besides myself speak on behalf of the rest of your LOYAL CUSTOMERS it’s about time you returned your LOYALTIES & give back what we deserve & also pay for.
AS SOON AS YOU WILL WOULD BE KIND.
