What is a Jackpot Trigger?

With Jackpot Triggers, you never have to miss out on the big jackpots again! Choose how big you’d like the jackpot to be and you’ll be entered into the draw when the Jackpot has reached your desired value.

  • For example, you can set a jackpot trigger for the EuroMillions draw when it has reached the value of £45 Million.
  • This means the jackpot will be activated when the value is £45 Million or more.
  • You will then receive tickets for the draw.
  • This will continue until you deactivate the trigger or the jackpot amount decreases below £45 Million.

Jackpot triggers are also a great option if you want to downgrade from a weekly syndicate and only take part in larger draws.                         

To activate a Jackpot trigger:

  • Visit our store.
  • Click on the arrow icon on the Jackpot trigger.
  • Choose your desired Jackpot and click ‘View’.
  • Click ‘Activate’ and your Jackpot trigger will be activated when the Jackpot has reached your desired value.

Can I pause my syndicate?

You can pause your syndicate for 30 days and it will resume as normal after this period has ended.

  • Go to your Syndicate screen.
  • Click on the three vertical dots on the syndicate in question.
  • Click on the ‘View’ button next to Manage syndicate and follow the onscreen instructions to pause.
  • Please take note of the date your syndicate will resume.
  • You will NOT be charged for the duration of those 30 days and you will NOT be entered into any draws.

     

You can choose to unpause your syndicate anytime and resume payments as normal.

Please note, once your syndicate is paused, you cannot cancel or leave your syndicate unless you unpause the syndicate first.

How does the £1 offer work?

How do I leave my syndicate?

All our membership plans are super flexible so you can pause, unpause or leave at any time.

To manage your membership:

  • Simply go to your ‘Syndicate’ page.
  • Click on the 3 vertical dots on the top right-hand corner of the syndicate in question.
  • Click on the ‘View’ button next to Manage syndicate and you’ll be presented with various options.

                 

You can also click the ‘Need help’ icon on the Help screen to speak with our Digital Assistant and stop all future payments.

You can boost your small wins, up to the value of £5, with 4 x the amount using bonus credit.

  • If you win £5 cash, you can withdraw it or you can boost it to £20 with Bonus Credit
  • You can use your Bonus Credit to purchase more of your favourite lotteries from around the world.

You can gain Bonus Credit by joining a syndicate, playing games and for successful referrals.

To use your Bonus Credit:

  • Go the store and select the lottery you’d like to play.
  • Select the day of the draw and the number of lines you’d like to purchase.
  • Switch from cash to ‘Use credit‘ on the top right hand side and follow the onscreen instructions to complete your purchase.

We know how excited you are to cash out your winnings so we’ve made it a hassle-free experience with PayPal.

  • Withdrawals can be made once your winnings exceed £3.
  • That helps us to send you meaningful amounts in one go.
  • When you play weekly, you win small frequently so you’ll be able to withdraw your funds in no time.

It takes 3 days following a win, for you to be able to withdraw. Once that has passed you simply:

  • Go to the ‘Menu‘ screen
  • Select ‘Cash Withdrawal‘
  • Select ‘Paypal cashout‘
  • Enter the email address for your Paypal account and follow the onscreen instructions to withdraw your funds

If you do not have a Paypal account, please get in touch with our Digital Assistant on the ‘Help’ screen and our support team will assist you.

To view your tickets, go to Syndicates and click ‘View Tickets’ on the syndicate in question. You can then see the tickets you have for the upcoming draw.

We’ve also made it easy for you to check your winnings. Every time a draw has taken place, you’ll see the ‘Check my winnings’ button to remind you so it’s important you log in regularly.

  • If you have winnings to check, you will be taken to your Syndicate page.
  • The ‘Check my winnings’ button will be displayed at the bottom of your screen.
  • Once you click on check winnings, you will be taken to the Winnings summary screen where you’ll see what you’ve won and how to claim your winnings.
