On Friday 1st March, 40 people were crowned millionaires as part of the special Millionaire Maker draw, but so far only 29 have come forward to collect their winnings.

 
To the 11 unclaimed winners, Senior winners advisor for the National Lottery, Andy Carter said:
 
“The champagne remains on ice but we’re hopeful that we’ll soon to be able to welcome these new winners with their very own bottle of celebratory National Lottery fizz.”
 
It’s quite likely that the players only checked for the jackpot numbers, and didn’t realise it was a special event by the National Lottery to give us 40 Millionaires in one draw.
